We at AHBA focus on a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Returns are accepted only for valid reasons with proof, such as wrong product, defects, or incorrect size sent. Returns are not accepted for used items, minor color differences, or personal preference. Requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact our customer care via email or phone and provide your order number, issue details, and supporting photos/videos. After verification and approval, you must send the product to the designated address via courier. Once we receive the product, the refund or exchange process begins within a maximum of 3 business days. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds are applicable only for approved return requests and are processed via the original payment method: bKash/Nagad (if paid through mobile wallet), bank transfer (if paid via bank), or, where applicable, as a discount coupon. Refund processing usually takes up to 7 business days. Products tagged as “No Return Applicable,” such as special discount items or clearance products, are non-refundable.
Instead of a refund, you may choose to exchange the product, especially if you wish to change the size or design. Exchange requests follow the same rules as returns and require prior approval. We consider every return request seriously; however, we reserve the right to reject any request deemed intentional or inconsistent.
